Expression of interest to work at Nordic International School Kalmar

Nordic International School is a Swedish elementary school with an international profile for years 4-9. We believe that order and discipline create an optimal learning environment. We impart bilingual education in both Swedish and English and use teaching methods that are supported by international research.

In August 2020, we will start a new school in Kalmar – offering instruction for pupils in grades 4-9 – for which we are now looking to recruit teachers. The school will be located at Linnégatan, “Nisbetska Huset”. The School will have around 350 pupils when fully expanded. 

We are looking for colleagues that share our believe that the most important mission of a school is about the knowledge development of the students, that think that teachers should be leaders in the classroom and that view order as a prerequisite for learning.

English is our schools’ primary language and applicants must be very proficient in English.
